Chaperones

If you feel it is appropriate, you may ask your doctor for a chaperone to be present during your consultation or examination. Please advise the reception staff upon making your appointment.

Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment we would appreciate it if you could give the practice as much notice as possible in order for us to facilitate patients who may need an urgent appointment.
